Brazilian Orange Cake

It is COLD outside, but it's also orange season! There's nothing better to pick you up out of the winter blues than a citrus dessert, so this week's recipe is a Brazilian Orange Cake. The recipe comes from Ruth Davis, who was a missionary working in Brazil in 1997. It's a very easy recipe to make but the technique is very different than most cake recipes. Give this Brazilian Orange Cake a try, it's absolutely delicious and we bet you've probably never made a cake in a blender before!
