Fall is here, which means it's time for apple cider, apple crisp, and apple pie! We recommend using a mix of apples in this pie so you have a variety of textures. Any kind except red delicious will work well, so use your favorites! Recipe for a crust and crumble top is included as well, or you can use your own crust recipe. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an especially delicious dessert!

For our first recipe newsletter, we decided to revisit one of our early podcast episodes and make the extremely weird but delicious Baked Cream Pie. You can use any fruit or berries that you want, just use what you like! For second group of pictures below, Mary Mac made a pie using a combination of 6 sliced peaches and 1 cup of blueberries. You may also notice that the edges got a bit crispy on this pie...the oven went bananas and it finished baking in only 20 minutes! Still yummy though!
