Time for breakfast! Since we just added syrup from Paul Family Farms to our online store, there's no better way to celebrate than by making pancakes! This recipe is an oldie but goodie, as evidenced by the heavily used recipe card (the Mac kids made this recipe a LOT). The recipe is doubled in the photos (we like large pancakes in this family) but you can make them whatever size you would like to, and the recipe doubles/triples easily. So what are you waiting for? For our first recipe newsletter, we decided to revisit one of our early podcast episodes and make the extremely weird but delicious Baked Cream Pie. You can use any fruit or berries that you want, just use what you like! For second group of pictures below, Mary Mac made a pie using a combination of 6 sliced peaches and 1 cup of blueberries. You may also notice that the edges got a bit crispy on this pie...the oven went bananas and it finished baking in only 20 minutes! Still yummy though!
