This classic sweet potato recipe is about 100 years old and comes from Georgia by way of cousin Shirley in Florida. It's got lots of butter, sugar, sweet potatoes and of course pecans on top! It's a definite keeper!

The annual Sperdute Farms Fall Harvest Festival is just around the corner! Saturday and Sunday September 21 & 22 and 28 & 29 from 10 am to 6 pm in New Castle, PA. We’ll be there with baked goods, mixes, pierogi, and more!
If you’re closer to Pittsburgh, The Iconic PGH Block party hosted by Made In PGH is Saturday Sept 29 11 am to 6 pm at The Terminal in the strip district. We will have our strawberry jello pies at the Yinzer Olympics taking place there at 2:45 pm.
And an assortment of our nearly famous Mac Cookies will be at Step Forward in Cheswick, PA at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center picnic pavilion 11 am to 2 pm Friday Sept 28. Come and walk to raise money for Parkinson’s programs in Western Pennsylvania!

Why not try making a chocolate cake? This cake recipe is very easy and the zucchini adds just the right amount of moisture while keeping the texture nice and light.
